Caspar Kids Design GmbH is a company based in Zurich and is registered under the registration number CHE-169.017.270. Caspar Kids Design GmbH operates a shop and an online goods trade at caspar.on-line. For the business relationship between Caspar Kids Design GmbH and the customer (hereinafter referred to as "customer") apply exclusively to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and the version valid at the time of the order. 4. Refund Policy
A return of the article is only possible with prior written consent (e-mail) under Hello@caspar.online possible within a period of 14 days without giving reasons (but would be desirable). A refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will only be given for undamaged/unused items. The purchase price will be refunded after receipt of the returned goods. Complaints about material defects must be made immediately after receipt of the goods using photo identification at: Hello@caspar.online Report to. The reason for the defect/damage must be explained in a comprehensible manner. Material defects that are due to improper treatment / handling are excluded from reimbursement claims and replacement delivery. Caspar Kids Design GmbH will process the damage and inform the buyer in writing (e-mail) of the following options:
- post-processing of the article complained about,
- replacement delivery,
- refund of the purchase price.
Orders on special customer request (ordered especially for the customer or personalized products) can no longer be canceled after 5 days from the order date. This furniture cannot be returned even after receipt of the goods.

5. Prices and shipping costs

The shipping costs are CHF 9.00 (via Swiss Post). With a delivery value of more than CHF 150, no shipping costs are incurred (delivery location in Switzerland). For a furniture order from 30 kg we charge CHF 100.-. We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
