Orders on special customer request (ordered especially for the customer or personalized products) can no longer be canceled after 5 days from the order date. This furniture cannot be returned even after receipt of the goods.

5. Prices and shipping costs

The shipping costs are CHF 9.00 (via Swiss Post). With a delivery value of more than CHF 150, no shipping costs are incurred (delivery location in Switzerland). For a furniture order from 30 kg we charge CHF 100.-. We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

We would be happy to advise you on your children's room and provide you with detailed offers. If you do not order, we reserve the right to charge a flat rate of CHF 150.

6. delivery

Caspar Kids Design GmbH undertakes to inform the customer of any delay in delivery. However, this does not give rise to any claims for damages for the customer. Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

The shipping costs are indicated in the "shopping cart" section and must be accepted by the customer before each order confirmation; the amount may vary depending on the weight of the shipment and the amount of the order.

By post

Delivery is usually made within 3 working days after receipt of payment to the delivery address provided by the buyer. Deliveries within Switzerland are made within 1-2 working days. Caspar Kids Design GmbH will inform the customer as soon as possible about delays in delivery.

Pickup in store

You can also pick up your online order directly from our store free of charge. Simply select the shipping method “Pick up” in the shopping cart. As soon as your items are ready for collection from us, we will notify you by email.

After our notification, we will be happy to store your items in our store for 7 days. After the 7 days have expired, we will charge you storage costs of CHF 100 per week.

For items in stock

We will send your order to you within 1-2 working days by La Poste Priority. Orders over 30 kg from stock will be delivered by a carrier. We will contact you to make an appointment.

 

For items not in stock

The delivery times specified by the manufacturer can be found on the individual product pages. When you place an order, we check the exact delivery time for your desired product with the manufacturer and inform you of this after the order confirmation.

Our manufacturers may experience production delays over which we have no control. This can extend the announced delivery times. We do not offer compensation for delays that are beyond our control.

What happens if my order contains items that are in stock and others that are on order?

We only ship orders once all items ordered are available. However, you have the option to request partial delivery of items already available by emailing hello@caspar.contact our customer service online or by telephone on 044 210 49 15. Please note: We would like to point out that partial deliveries can in some cases incur additional costs.

7. Assembly

The construction of your furniture is done by professional and specially trained fitters. This service is offered by an external provider and is therefore charged separately. The cost of this service is based on the time required for setup. There is also the option of picking up your old furniture and disposing of it in an environmentally friendly manner at the same time. Assembly & Disposal

On request, we can organize a professional installation service for you at home. To do this, we work together with selected fitters who have been specially trained by us. Since these fitters are not Caspar are employed, we ask you to pay for these services directly on site. If you are interested in assembly, we would be happy to send you an offer.

For the quick and professional assembly of your furniture, it is necessary for the fitter to start work immediately. We ask you to dispose of old furniture beforehand. We would be happy to help you dispose of the old furniture, but we will charge an hourly rate of CHF 60 for this. In addition, there are the costs of disposal of 50.-CHF / 100KG.

8. Payment

Payment in advance:

After ordering at caspar.online you will receive a confirmation email with the invoice (incl. bank details). The buyer transfers the invoice amount in advance to the specified bank account.

With credit card:

Payment is made by charging the customer's credit card. Our online shop accepts Visa and Mastercard. You enter your credit card data during the ordering process via a secure connection in our online shop and we transfer your data directly to our payment provider in encrypted form. For security reasons, we do not store your credit card details. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is complete. After that, we will ship the goods in due course.

Payment via PayPal:

The invoice amount is paid via the payment provider PayPal and the payment options it offers. The underlying terms of use can be found on the payment provider's website. PayPal does not incur any additional costs.

Voucher:

Purchasing a voucher from Caspar Kids Design GmbH can be found in the web shop at caspar.online or in store. After successful payment Caspar Kids Design GmbH will issue a voucher in the amount of the payment received in CHF. The voucher is not personalized. The voucher is redeemed by entering a specific code in the input field of the order form. A voucher can only be redeemed for the specified CHF amount. The voucher can only be redeemed for the full amount of the voucher. A cash payment is excluded.

9. Retention of Title
