Shipping costs and delivery time

Shipping costs may vary depending on the nature of your order. Caspar Kids Design only delivers to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Therefore, the information listed below is only valid for Switzerland & Lichtenstein.

Delivery times

The delivery time depends on whether your ordered items are in stock or not. The availability times displayed on the website are given as a reference for items that have been ordered. In stock means that the item is in stock and will be shipped with Post Priority within 1 – 2 working days after receipt of payment

Pick-up in the store

You can also collect your online order directly from us in our store free of charge. To do this, simply select the shipping method “Pickup” on the check out page. As soon as your articles are ready to be picked up from us, we will notify you by email.

For items in stock

We will send your order to you within 1-2 days through La Poste Priority. Orders over 30 kg from stock will be delivered by a carrier. We will contact you to make an appointment.

For items not in stock

The delivery times specified by the manufacturer can be found on the individual product pages. When you place an order, we will check the exact delivery time for your desired product with the manufacturer and will notify you of this after the order has been confirmed.

Our manufacturers can experience production delays over which we have no control. This can extend the announced delivery times. We do not offer compensation for delays beyond our control.

What if my order includes items in stock and others made to order?

We only send orders as soon as all the items ordered are available. However, you have the option of requesting a partial delivery of items that are already available by contacting our customer service by email at hello@caspar.online or by telephone on 044 210 49 15.

Please note: We would like to point out that partial deliveries can cause additional costs in some cases.
