Return of online orders

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your order. Returns are therefore of course possible. Please let us know in advance Hello@caspar.online about your return request. The returned item must unused and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt be sent back. You bear the postage costs of the return.

Please keep the receipt (from the post office) of your return until we have processed your return and refunded your money.

Excluded from returns

We cannot take back reduced and personalized items. The same applies to goods ordered and manufactured especially for you.

Complaints

If you have received a damaged item, please send a short email to Hello@caspar.online to send. Please send a photo or video of the damaged item right away. In this way, we can guarantee fast and flawless complaint handling.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the payment method used when ordering.

For the exchange of products that you have bought in our shops, the same conditions apply as for online purchases. To do this, you will need the store item as well as the original proof of purchase.
